Another prize to win- Deanne just gave me an idea. I have gone through my prize cupboard and found an Engel wireless fridge thermometer and clock. Definitely worth checking out if you are thinking of going for online ordering. Online ordering for primary schools  really is a huge time saver for convenors once it is up and running

This is the Poached Chicken we do at our Tuckshop-
put cold water in stockpot enough 2 cover chicken(but don’t put in chicken yet) ,bring to boil,add 2.5kg chicken breast  & turn back heat to just
simmering.Simmer for 25 Mins lid on,take off heat & sit 5mins.Take piece out & check if cooked through…..
Drain off water put onto a tray & slice or dice.I put enough in fridge for 2 days & freeze the rest in thin layers.

Freshnet has been around for a while and is just great. The fruit and veg markets in most states have a similar campaign. In QLD it is freshnet. It is definitely worth registering and is free for schools.

I went to this website to easily find the MSDS [ material safety data sheet] of my chemicals. You are required to have these on hand. Just google free MSDS to find any others. Put them in a plastic display folder near your chemicals and poisons. Always ask for the MSDS when ordering new products
